Shipping Delays

Once we mail an item, we have no control, so we can not guarantee arrival dates. If an item is late, we will work with you to try to locate it. There are many problems with shipping these days, so please be patient. 

Returns

 

Returns Policy

We are happy to work with you on returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us. In most circumstances, we will refund you or provide a substitute for items bought online from our store within the previous 30 days. Please reference your order number, and we will do what we can to make it right. 

If an item breaks or leaks in shipment, please send a picture and we will replace the item. 

 

Refunds

These can take awhile to make it through the system, so check with your credit card company or your bank first, then email us if needed at bluelakebotanicals@gmail.com 

Shipping costs are not eligible for a refund as they have already been paid to the shipper. 

Items are refunded for the price you paid.
